About Me
After a 15-year career in the private non-profit industry as a business executive I entered the residential real estate appraisal field in 2018 and obtained my trainee license in Massachusetts at the time. I passed the national appraiser examination in December 2021 and obtained my certified residential real estate appraiser license short
After a 15-year career in the private non-profit industry as a business executive I entered the residential real estate appraisal field in 2018 and obtained my trainee license in Massachusetts at the time. I passed the national appraiser examination in December 2021 and obtained my certified residential real estate appraiser license shortly thereafter. During this time I have conducted appraisals of 1-4 unit properties, land, waterfront properties, new construction projects while implementing the 3 approaches to value (sales comparison, income and the cost approach). In October 2022 I joined the FHA-approved appraiser roster. I am presently a Candidate for Designation with the Appraisal Institute. More recently I have applied to obtained a certification as a Minority Based Enterprise (MBE) through the Massachusetts Supplier Diversity Office (SDO).
